This page is a translation of the Spanish original. Where they differ, the Spanish text prevails.

It does not have to follow specific steps, because as you go deeper into the very depth of the principles, you see how the double dualities work within yourself.

This path is not linear. It is a spiral that deepens with each turn. The steps that follow are a guide, not a prescription. Each person will find their own natural rhythm and order as they practice.

The Five Steps

1

Identify the Principle of the Ego

Recognize and understand the influence of the ego in your life. Observe how you identify with the material, the social, your roles, and your emotions.

Main Practice: 3rd-Person Mode

  • Close your eyes and breathe deeply
  • Imagine that you are observing your life from the outside, as if you were another person
  • Describe what “that person” (you) is feeling, without judgment
  • Identify: Which emotions dominate? Which patterns repeat?

Exercise: Greeting the Emotions

  • When you identify an intense emotion, name it: “Hello, fear”
  • Observe where you feel it in the body
  • Identify what “good” part it has (protection, signal, energy)
  • Identify what “limiting” part it has
  • Thank it for the information and let it flow

2

Awaken the Principle of Being

Open yourself to the knowledge of your true self. Cultivate curiosity for growth and wisdom.

Key Relationship: The more knowledge and wisdom you acquire → the more you develop your own being

Main Practice: Exploring the True Self

  • Ask yourself: “Who hears my thoughts?”
  • Do not look for a conceptual answer
  • Remain in the space that opens with the question
  • That space IS the consciousness that contains the ego

Exercise: Essence Journal

Each night, answer in your personal journal:

  • What did I do today that resonated with my essence?
  • What did I do that felt foreign to me?
  • What did I learn about who I really am?

3

Use the Thinking/Non-Thinking Duality

Use both principles as levers to get out of the ego. Thinking to question, non-thinking to set free.

THINKING Practice: Questioning Beliefs

  • Identify a limiting belief (“I am not capable of...”)
  • Ask: Is this a fact or an interpretation?
  • Look for evidence against that belief
  • Formulate a broader alternative belief

NON-THINKING Practice: Emptying Meditation

  • Sit comfortably (5-15 minutes)
  • Close your eyes, breathe naturally
  • When a thought appears, label it: “thought”
  • Return to your breathing
  • Do not fight the thoughts, just watch them pass
The Paradox of Non-Thinking

When we have no control over the ego, “non-thinking” is confused with being unconscious. But when we practice detachment through meditation, “non-thinking” frees us from our own chains.

Transform Through Your Own Values

Re-educate yourself based on your new understanding. Align your actions with your authentic values.

Main Practice: Values Alignment

  • List your 5 most important values
  • For each value, ask: Is it truly mine or inherited?
  • Evaluate your actions from the past week
  • How many were aligned with those values?
  • Identify one concrete action for next week

Exercise: Visualizing the Authentic Self

  • Imagine your most authentic version 5 years from now
  • How does that version act? What does it decide? How does it relate?
  • Identify 3 differences from your current self
  • Choose one to work on this month

5

Unify Being and Non-Being

Integrate ego and consciousness into a spirituality of your own. Live in dynamic balance.

Key Understanding:
The ego is not the enemy. It is a necessary tool.
Consciousness is not the goal. It is the space where everything happens.
Unification is the dynamic harmony between the two.

Integration Practice

  • Recognize that your ego is part of you (Non-Being)
  • Recognize that your consciousness is the space that contains it (Being)
  • Observe how the two interact in every moment
  • Consciously choose what form to give your experience
Signs of Unification

The Three Essential Questions

Three questions that guide all observation on the path:

How?

Function: Observe the mechanism

How does this work? How does it happen? Description without judgment.

Why?

Function: Seek the root cause

Why does this happen? What is the cause? Analysis of the origin.

What for?

Function: Discover the purpose

What is this for? What is it seeking? Teleological understanding.

The problem was never in the answers; it was always in the questions.
