Guiding Questions for Observation
Principle 1: BEING
- What did I do today that resonated with my essence?
- Did I have moments of full presence?
- What does inner stillness tell me?
- Who am I beyond my roles?
Principle 2: NON-BEING
- What patterns of the ego did I observe today?
- Where did I seek external validation?
- What identifications limit my freedom?
- Was I able to see my ego without judging it?
Principle 3: THINKING
- What belief did I question today?
- Did I use reasoning to understand better?
- Did I look for the root cause of something?
- What new perspective did I discover?
Principle 4: NON-THINKING
- Did I find moments of mental silence?
- Did I practice being present without analyzing?
- Was I able to let go of the need to control?
- Did I experience emptiness as openness?
